Article Processing Charge
The scope of the International Journal of Research in Educational Technology and Computer Science (IJ-RETCS) is to make sure the whole publication of articles are ethical and transparent. The APC (article processing charge) will be used to cover the costs of processing the papers, reviewing the papers, editing, production and online access of the scholarly articles.
The APC applies if the article has already gone through the process of peer review and it has been approved for publication. The payment of APC does not influence the process of evaluation and the decisions made during this process.
